A little information about us:
Prime Medical Center is an organization of family doctors, family physicians, and general practice doctors dedicated to providing quality medical care to the members of our community. Our physicians have been helping the people of Northern Virginia (Fairfax Virginia, Arlington, Falls Church, Vienna, Burke, Springfield, Leesburg, D.C., etc) with their health problems for over 20 years. We provide medical care and the services of an Urgent Care Clinic for the entire family, and we treat most types of common illnesses and diseases in children as well as adults. Our office is open most evening, weekends, and holidays for your convenience and same-day appointments are available, and Urgent Care is provided by experienced family doctors and general practice doctors. We welcome new patients and we look forward to helping you at Prime Medical Center. We are conveniently located on Arlington Boulevard (also known as Route 50) in Falls Church, just 5 traffic lights inside the beltway, after taking exit 50B. Our office is easy to find and can be accessed easily off the beltway (Rte 495), Route 66, Route 7 (Leesburg Pike), or Lee Highway (Rte 29). We are a short drive from Arlington, Alexandria, Vienna, Annandale, McLean and Springfield and we are less than a half-hour drive from D.C. The West Falls Church Metro Stop is less than a mile away from our office. We have ample, convenient free parking in front of our building. Patients are usually seen by the Doctor within a few minutes of coming into the office. We ask our patients to please call ahead of time, before walking in, so that we can expect your arrival and take care of you more quickly and efficiently. Note that we provide Urgent Care Clinic services, but NOT Emergency Care services. If you are having a serious or potentially life-threatening illness or condition, do not contact our urgent care center, but instead, call 911 or your nearest hospital emergency department for care.
A partial list of the medical problems we care for:
Infections: sore throats, strep throats, colds, flu, sinus problems, ear infections, bronchitis, walking pneumonia, respiratory infections, chest colds, skin infections, acne, etc
Physical exams: school and sports physicals, school entrance physicals, work-related physicals, general health physicals, drug screening and testing, routine checkups, Pap Smear tests, blood pressure testing, etc.
Vaccinations: Flu shots, childhood vaccines, travel vaccines, polio vaccines, meningitis vaccine, measles shots, chickenpox vaccines, hepatitis B vaccine, hepatitis A vaccines, tetanus shots, flu shot and most other vaccines.
Blood testing: Cholesterol, anemia, HIV testing, blood type testing, pregnancy testing, nutritional testing, and almost all other types of blood tests.
Minor Injuries and Surgery: Sprains, minor injuries, scrapes, bruises, cuts, lacerations and stitches, tetanus shots, etc.(Note: any severely injured persons should not come to our facility but rather should go to their nearest hospital's emergency room)
Sexually Transmitted Diseases and Infections (STDs): We diagnose and treat most STDs in men and women, such as Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Herpes, Syphilis, Urethritis, etc. We understand the confidential nature of these problems and we respect the privacy of our patients.
Misc: Most other health problems such as high blood pressure, stomach problems, skin problems, sugar problems, etc. Most Urgent Care Clinic services.

DIRECTIONS:
Prime Medical Center is conveniently located on Route 50 (Arlington Boulevard), less than a mile West of Seven Corners Shopping Center, in Falls Church, Virginia. We are inside the beltway (Route 495). From the beltway, take exit 50B, East towards Arlington, this will put you on Arlington Boulevard, pass through 5 traffic lights, and go 1/2 mile past the 5th traffic light. We will be on the left side of the highway, directly across the street from McDonalds. A large lighted sign sits out in front of the building and we are very easy to find.
